災難***

媒介常佈道災難
聽聞也感覺悲傷
內心總有些不安
盡點慈悲的善心
出力撫慰受難者
希望受難者家人
能放下瞋恨恐懼
重鼓意義的人生

Disaster

When you hear about the disasters from the media, somehow you will feel sad and sorry for what has happened to the victims. What you can do is to show your willingness to comfort the victim family members with acts of compassion. Encourage them to let go of their hateful and frightened feeling and to be brave enough to move on with their lives.

排難解紛***

遇苦難時不怨恨
並不是逆來順受
而是健康的心態
能保持個人冷靜
樂觀去面對現實
是須要很大勇氣
這樣的態度可賀
定可以排難解紛

How to handle difficult times

When faced with setbacks, you don’t blame anyone. Learn to live your life without any hate but learn to accept setbacks. Such behavior is healthy as long as you maintain peace inside yourself and are willing to face reality with a positive attitude. You are in fact a brave person and you should feel proud of yourself. Such an attitude will help you overcome times of adversity with greater ease.
