From today start over again***

If someone hurts your feelings and this cannot be changed, the best thing to do is to stay calm. Get rid of all your innermost sorrow and grievances. Don’t ever think of them and never bring them up. Starting from today, start a new beginning.

Let go of your sadness***

Everyone has a moment of sadness. Although it hurts deeply, you can let go of your sadness. Don’t ever recall the past bad experience. If you are willing to break through your misery, you can regain your peace of mind and move onto a satisfying plateau again.

Be respectful and courteous***

To always be respectful and courteous definitely is not an easy task. It cannot be done overnight. It takes time and requires a lot of effort on your part. First, you have to watch your behavior. Learn to respect others and always be polite to them. Watch how you say things. Your expression has to be supportive and positive, and shouldn’t be negative and critical at all the times. Only then, you can expect other people to respect you.

Apply what you have learned***

You are not born with the knowledge of everything in this world. You acquire it through studying at school or through personal experience. To enhance your personal knowledge, you must study hard everyday. Whatever you have learned, you must apply them to your daily life.

Life has a deadline***

There is no need to pay full attention to your wealth. You cannot take it with you when you leave this world. When it is your time to go, no matter how much money you have, you won’t be able to extend your life. You will be separated from your parents and your partner even though you love them whole heartedly. Life is like birds living in a forecast. They will fly off separately when there is a disaster.

Accept your destiny***

You have to believe that your destiny controls your life between birth and death. You also have to believe your wealth is equally controlled by your destiny. As long as you put in your best effort, don’t be overly disturbed by your successes and failures, but let your destiny takes its course. When you fail, you don’t have to be too sad and when you succeed, you don’t have to be overly excited.

Act as if confused***

An optimist sometimes may act as if confused and doesn’t care about other people’s business. Even though other people may be bullying you, don’t get angry. On the contrary, put on a smile anyway, and live happily.

Being satisfied with what you have makes you happy***

It is a good thing that you can afford to live well and eat well. But that doesn’t mean you are happy. If someday you cannot afford your cost of living, will you still be happy? Learn to be satisfied with what you have and you will always be a happy person.

Forget who has hurt you***

When someone hurts you, you feel so depressed that you can’t sleep well, you can’t concentrate on your work, you get angry easily and always put on a sad face. Is this type of behavior good for you? No, it isn’t worth it. Try to forget who has hurt you as soon as possible. The sooner you can forget the affair, the sooner you can regain your smile on your face.

To heal a wound***

It is not easy to heal a wound. You need to comfort yourself first, and strengthen your confidence. Let go of your hatred and look at the bright side of things. Find a new interest and set up a new goal for yourself. Focus on your new interest and new goal and you will have a new life. If you are willing to put in your best effort, you will be able to achieve your goal.

It can be the same few words***

It is only a few words but if the words are sharp, they can hurt people. By contrast, if the words are caring, people will feel comfortable in dealing with you. They will welcome you and accept you as a friend.

Be careful when it comes to judging people***

Don’t trust every word of praise you hear. Some people like to praise you just to please you. Yet behind your back, they may say the opposite. Be careful when it comes to judging people otherwise you may be cheated by them.

Go with the flow***

Everybody has hopes. Some are willing to pursue their dreams and work diligently to fulfill them. When faced with setbacks, they will tell themselves that they won’t give up but continue to struggle till the end. But be careful; don’t over stress yourself to the degree that your body can’t cope with it. Learn to go with the flow and let your destiny take its own course.

Be a contributor in your society***

There is a Chinese saying that every citizen contributes to part of the reason why a dynasty rises or falls. Being a good citizen, you have the responsibility to contribute something to your society e.g. keeping the streets clean. Don’t spit on the streets and don’t throw rubbish on the streets.

Generous benevolence

This world is full of different kinds of people. You can never know for sure who your enemy is and who your friend is. Whenever there are conflicts between people, you can resolve such conflicts as long as you have exhibit some generous benevolence. Any misunderstandings can then be resolved.

No perfect standard

In this world, there isn’t a perfect standard to measure people’s behavior. This is due to the fact that people come from different societies and have different educational backgrounds. When it comes to judging people’s behavior, there is much personal bias involved. If you can let go of your prejudice, you can handle any matter with fairness.

Don’t destroy a good relationship

Saying too much may not necessarily be a good thing to do. We are familiar with the Chinese saying that you can’t send four horses to chase your spoken words. Once these words cause harm to you and you will never be able to do anything to repair the damage. A careless word may get you into trouble. Therefore, you need to be careful about what you have to say otherwise, you may destroy a good relationship.

What to say

People shouldn’t be afraid of the ferocity of tigers but should be more alert to the sharpness of people’s speech. Be careful of what you have to say, otherwise your words may hurt other people’s dignity. Always remember not to say words that hurt people. Instead say more supportive words and words of appreciation.

Hold the Buddha’s foot

Most the times, people don’t burn incense and pray to the Buddha. They only hold onto the Buddha’s foot when they need something during emergency. It is advisable that people should save for the future. Don’t resort to holding onto the Buddha’s foot during emergency. Since money doesn’t come easily, save as much money as you can. Don’t think you can always make more. It is more prudent to save your money while you can.

Don’t be afraid of your destiny

Most things in life may not turn out to be as you wish, but you don’t have to be afraid of your destiny. As long as you do everything with a clear conscience, then you have nothing to fear.

More splendid

Sometimes you feel the day is so long. Going through a day feels like going through a full year. All a sudden, you don’t feel like you have any energy to do anything. Under this condition, tell yourself to be calm and not to worry too much. Take advantage of this time to improve yourself in preparation to meet future needs. Then wait for a golden opportunity to arrive, and then you can change your life style. Your lifestyle will then be more splendid.

Everyone should have a personal goal

When the sun shines on you, you will have a bright smiling face. When the flowers blossom, you will smell the scent of the flowers, hear the songs of the birds and feel more energetic. When the spring returns to the earth, all the seeds will pop up. When you have a goal, you will work hard with full energy.

Do the things that should be done

Some people don’t do the things that should be done, opting instead to do the things that aren’t required to be done. This doesn’t mean that they can do anything they like. They maybe lack of courage to do the right things that need to be done. People should stick to their own principles and do the things that should be done.

Be proud of yourself

Occupation has no status. What is required is that you have to work hard and have passion for your occupation. Respect what you are doing and cooperate with your co-workers. Japan Earthquake

We all feel sad about the Japan earthquake disaster. Such a disaster has made everyone realize being able to help the victims is a responsibility and being able to comfort them is a kind of moral excellence. We wish everyone can offer a hand either by contributing labor or money to help the victims in Japan. Sending messages to comfort their family members is a good thing to do and be sure to encourage them to accept reality and move on to reconstruct their happy homeland.

Treasure the time of being together

There is a Chinese saying that to be together in the same boat requires a hundred years of prayers from your previous lives. To live together as a husband and wife requires a thousand years of prayers. Don’t be angry because of minor conflicts between two persons. Don’t say angry words that you don’t mean. Be careful in your choices of words. Giving in a little is a smart move. It may leave some rooms to save a happy relationship.

Sources of worries

Why do people have worries? It’s because they have hatred. Stubborn people also have worries because they won’t give in and end up being hurt. Some people like to blame others for everything and end up being angry. Some people are greedy and the greedier they become, the more worries they will have. Being confused

One shouldn’t act being silly at all times. One shouldn’t claim to be wise at all times either. At times, it may be not be a bad idea to act confused. If there are things that we should say, then say them. Yet, there are times we shouldn’t say anything, then don’t say it. If there are things that must be done, we should do them. If there are things that we should let go of, then we should let them go. Suffering a little can turn out to be fortunate.

If you can control yourself not to show your temper, you will feel satisfied at whatever the result turns out to be. You will definitely live a more relaxed life.

Cooperate with your colleagues

Cooperate with your colleagues and offer a hand when they need it. Whenever there is a conflict of opinions, be fair to each other. Don’t be prejudiced and don’t show irrational favoritism. Maintain an open mind and resolve the conflict. By doing so, you will be able to work with your colleagues and work as a team.

Rumors are unavoidable

Rumors arise on a daily basis. If you don’t listen to them, they don’t exist. Even if you are a saint, people may still say bad things about you. People who talk about the rumors could be the ones who spread the rumors. The best thing to do is to mind your own business and don’t involve yourself in other people’s business. Don’t listen to rumors and you will have fewer troubles.

Where do rumors come from?

People like to talk about other people behind their backs. The best thing to do is not to get involved in rumors. Rumors start when someone says something that turns out to be incorrect. You will get into trouble if you try to speak for others. Therefore be careful about what you have to say. Sometimes it is best to be patient and say nothing. Being silent may exempt you from getting into troubles.
