Baby's behavior

Take a look at a baby's behavior. Doing so will give you insight how you should move on with your life. When a baby stumbles and falls, he/she sometimes cries, other times, he/she gets up automatically and smiles. Whatever happens, he/she always gets up. He/she makes up his/her mind that he/she is not afraid to get up.

Helplessness

Even though you might have stumbled and fallen, you should get up immediately. The longer it takes you to get up, the more difficult it is to do it. Although it is easier to say than to actually do it, you have no choice but do your best. It is like handling any difficult task; you need to get rid of your prejudice first. Don’t let your prejudice leads you to make the wrong decision and end up with troubles in the future.

Friends

When you retire, stay close to your friends. It doesn’t matter how many friends you may have but it is important to have some friends with a cheerful disposition. Although they may not have any influence on where you want to go in your life, they certainly can help you in your daily life. They have the hidden power to help relieve your pain and help you solve your problems. Don’t under estimate this power. Treasure your friends while you can.

Enjoy your life

When you retire, you should enjoy life. Don’t expect your children to look after you for the rest of your life. Raising your children is your responsibility. By now, you should accept the fact that your children have already grown up. What you can do is to care and pray for them. There is no need to worry about them. Let them live their own life and seek their own happiness.

Workplace ally

In today’s workplace, how many allies do you have? Whom can you count on whenever there is conflict of interest between personal interest and transcendent concern among friends? Even someone you believe to be a true ally will more likely choose personal interest over friendship. If you are in agreement with this statement, always be alert to everyone including your ally so that you can protect yourself.

Learn to let go of the past

The world is full of unknown wonders. Sometimes if you want to survive, you must be accommodating. Don’t always fight for principles; at times you should consider that reconciliation is an appropriate action. Why fight among people by resuscitating the past events? A possible good approach is to take a rest and come to a mutual agreement to work together to gain some mutual benefits.

Knows what you want

A successful person always knows what he wants. He sets a goal and works hard and diligently to achieve his goal. The more ambitious his goal is; the stronger is his will to succeed. In order to be successful, he will put his utmost effort to struggle through all difficulties. He won’t be afraid of any roadblock ahead of him. He will discipline himself to meet his commitment of achieving his personal goal.

Knows when to be accommodating

There are circumstances whereby you have no choice but to be accommodating; otherwise you will be heading into a dead end. Come out with a flexible strategy to deal with such a situation and you may turn the situation around and end up changing the course of events that leads to yielding benefits for you. You can demonstrate your talents and turn potential failure into success.

Disaster

When you hear about the disasters from the media, somehow you will feel sad and sorry for what has happened to the victims. What you can do is to show your willingness to comfort the victim family members with acts of compassion. Encourage them to let go of their hateful and frightened feeling and to be brave enough to move on with their lives.

How to handle difficult times

When faced with setbacks, you don’t blame anyone. Learn to live your life without any hate but learn to accept setbacks. Such behavior is healthy as long as you maintain peace inside yourself and are willing to face reality with a positive attitude. You are in fact a brave person and you should feel proud of yourself. Such an attitude will help you overcome times of adversity with greater ease.

Experience by hearing and seeing

The understanding you gain through personal experience is, in fact, very practical. It certainly reflects reality in life. If you think you are a genius because you are born with such understanding, think again. It could be luck and is a superficial feeling that you are a knowledgeable person. True understanding comes from either extensive study or personal experience.

Learn from whom

Everyone’s improvement in their intelligence is, by definition, through personal studies. No matter how knowledgeable you are, there are people who know more than you. You should learn from them. It doesn’t matter whether the individual is elderly or a youngster. As long as they know more than you do, there is something you can learn from them.

You are creating your own worries

Does what you have seen cause you any anxiety? Does what you have heard make you angry? The best thing to do is to ignore what you have seen or heard. Let yourself have a peace of mind. After all what you’ve seen or heard may not necessarily be right. Why create worries for yourself?

How to stop worrying

Remember troubles don’t exist; it is you who look for troubles. If you can train yourself to avoid having any positive or negative opinion of the things you saw, or the things you heard, then, you won’t be biased in your thinking, and your mind will be at peace. You will not feel troubled any more.

You have done anything you could

There will be a time that you will tell yourself that you have done everything you could in your life. In reality, you have already worked hard to support your family. You have had days full of worries and also days of joy. You might have been hurt and went through tough times. You might even end up with a scar. But, all these are in the past. Look at them with a smile and don’t mention them again.

Retirement

Everything must have a way out; otherwise you end up at a dead end. Preparing for retirement is not much different. Only by saving enough money in your retirement fund, can you be certain of being able to support yourself in old age. With a properly funded retirement nest egg, you can live without any financial worries. Life will then be free of financial concerns.

Being direct

Being direct can be a good personal character trait, but being too blunt, without taking into account other people’s feelings, can cause you to say things that hurt others. Those hurting words may not even represent your view. Unfortunately they are not acceptable to your listeners. They feel those words are too harsh; they break their heart and destroy your relationship with them.

Guess who gets hurt

Having a good character is highly desirable but you must have understanding as well, otherwise you will only talk about justice and humanity without thinking through your ideas and may end up doing silly things. Because of this, other people can take advantage of your good nature. They will use you to hurt other people. In the end, you are the one who gets hurt.

Unforgettable memories

Nothing is perfect in this world. Sometimes, you may not have a choice but to give up. In that case, give up fighting for fame and authority, give up the hope of no result, and the love that does not exist. After giving them up, what you leave behind are unforgettable memories. They, in fact, can be sweet memories.

Relax and live comfortably

No one knows how many days you may have left. Therefore value every single day of your life. Don’t spend your time in blaming people. Blaming others is totally useless. Living in fear is even worse. To avoid facing reality is just as bad. Living in a fantasy world is only a dream. Why don’t you be practical and try to be more understanding when dealing with people? With an open-mind, you should be able to relax and live joyfully every day.

Ask yourself why

You work extremely hard everyday. Do you know why? It isn’t purely because you need to eat everyday. It is also not because you are fighting for fame and wealth. It should be because you want to work to help yourself and others. You really want to be a good citizen and do something good for your society.

Wisdom and ignorance

If you think you are ignorant, you can become a wise person as long as you are willing to put in your best efforts to learn. Focus on learning something new everyday. Over a period of time, you will overcome ignorance. Instead, you will become a knowledgeable person. Your wisdom will remain fresh as long as you are willing to learn from youth till old age.

Making progress

As long as you’re alive, you still need to make improvements in your life. Although the road may be tough, you should be brave and move forward. You have to understand that if you don’t make any progress, you are in fact moving backwards. Don’t let a negative attitude get in the way. You can’t let yourself fail. Remember you must struggle until the end.

Courage

Where does your courage from? It comes from individual personal character. If you don’t develop a good personal character, you won’t have courage to do the things you want to do. Life’s many demands require you to have courage in order to deliver desired results. Your courage can help you overcome your difficulties during rough times and you need courage to help you achieve desired results with the least effort.

Critical period

During a critical period in a workplace, you must be careful in your action and speech. Pay attention to every step you make. Watch every detail of your action. You can’t say the wrong thing and definitely you can’t make a wrong move. Be alert and watch other people’s behavior. Only then, you can survive the critical period.

The workplace sometimes is like a jungle

The workplace sometimes is like a jungle. The competitive situation can be very complex. You never know who your enemy is. Be careful in every step you move.

A genuine hero

A genuine hero has the quality of enduring humiliation. He won’t be despised by others. Although he knows there is a tiger up on the hill, he is not afraid of the dangerous road ahead, and is willing to climb up the hill. His courage is recognized as that of a hero. Sooner or later, he will be ahead of others in his career development.

Salvation spirit

A hero has the salvation spirit. He always maintains a heart with justice and humanity. He will not abuse the vulnerable but is willing to offer a hand to people who need it. He won’t hesitate a minute to offer such a help. The reason why he does what he does is not because he wants to show his capability. It is really because he has a conscience, and if he feels it is the right thing to do, he will immediately go ahead and do it.

Happy love

Happy love is like drinking a cup of tea. If it’s too strong, it becomes too bitter you don’t want to drink it. Love needs tender care. It’s good luck to have strength to love someone and it’s equally lucky to be loved.

True love

If love has dependencies, it won’t last long. Long lasting love is unqualified. Don’t try to change your partner. People don’t change easily. You should love both his/her virtues and shortcomings.

Turning point

Having a soul mate is a turning point in your life. Beauty is in the beholder’s eyes. You can’t explain love at first sight. There is no need to be concerned whether it is true love or fate. Going through both good and bad times is a promise. When there is love, there is bound to be hate. Treasure your partner. You only live once.

Sacred Love

Love is sacred and great. Its greatness has nothing to do with social status, job title or age. It’s great because of love. Or is it love which makes it great? Whatever, love is always sacred and great.

Love

Love before 30 years old is about sex. It’s not about money. But love after 30, the first choice is about wealth and status. Love after 60, it’s no longer about love, it’s about companionship. Relationship by now has become family love. To be able to be together is more than anyone could ask for.

Based on Justice and humanity

If whatever you do is based on justice and humanity, you will certainly feel your life is a happy one. There are certain things that you feel you should do and there are things that you think they are worth doing. These two things are not the same. When faced with a decision to choose which things to do, you must make sure you don’t make the wrong choice. You should judge what to do based on justice and humanity

Justice and humanity

What is more important than doing things based on justice and humanity? The answer is nothing. If you do everything based on justice and humanity, you will gain the respect and trust from others. They will be willing to be loyal to you and will do anything, as long as they are legal, for you. They may even be willing to sacrifice their lives to protect you.

A gentleman is willing to put his efforts in studying and he has ambition to move upwards in his career development. Yet, the road of success is not an easy path; you need to be prepared that you have to go through rough times many times. Don’t be nervous but be strong and persevere.

Who doesn't have a moment of misery?

The difference lies in how differently people treat their miseries. Some people blame heaven and earth for their own miseries and always put on a sad face, while others always maintain a positive attitude. They have confidence that they can turn their miseries around. No matter who you are, you ultimately have to rely on yourself to solve your own problems.

Go with the flow

Feeling pain at times makes you confused and your suffering may cause you burst into tears. Without hope you feel spiritless. No matter how low your morale is, you must tell yourself to look at the bright side. Think carefully and you will find something good. Be at ease and go with the flow.

Peace will come

Good days seem to be too short but bad days seem to last forever. Those days can taste like sour, sweet, bitter and spicy. Only you can determine the taste. No one but you can feel whether life is warm or cold. As long as you are willing to accept reality, the taste of sour can be turned into sweet. Bad days will disappear and good days will reappear.

Ask for trouble

If you are sensitive about your daily activities and easily be upset by any small stuff, you will lose your balance. Basically you are asking for trouble. Why don’t you use humor to turn a bad situation around? Maintain a positive attitude, keep cool and be happy.

Upward development

Everyone should have his//her personal goal. If ability permits, you should advance in your career development. Keep an eye out for the future. Whenever there is an opportunity to move upwards, you should take it. It is like climbing up a tall tower. You need to climb up to the top to see the glamorous scenery. Enjoy the feeling of being at a top position.

Worth respecting

Some people are worth respecting. These people are heroes because they consider going through rough times is worth praising. They gladly accept reality even though reality may mean going through sour, sweet, bitter or spicy times. They also have patience and won’t complain during setbacks. Yet they are not arrogant during good times.

Endless harvests

Although ice comes from water, it is colder than water. Blue comes from green but it is more blue than green can ever be. Learning is the same. The more you study, the more knowledgeable you become. Although studying is hard, the value derived from it, is invariably good.

Profound scholar

A profound scholar always can come out with a deeper truth. If you can develop a habit of deep study, you are in deed a wise man. Your future is bright. Moreover, you will be able to contribute something to your society and you will have marvelous achievements in your life.

Family reunion dinner

People work hard for a full year. The happiest moment is to be together with their family to have a family reunion dinner. The best place to be is at home enjoying the warmth of being together with their family members. The best thing to hear is the laughter among family members. The best thing to do is to forget the past unhappy events and enjoy the happiness of the Chinese New Year.

Say good-bye to the tiger and welcome the rabbit

Let’s say good-bye to the Year of the Tiger and welcome the Year of the Rabbit with happiness. Recall last year’s achievements and think of what hasn't been completed so that you can plan to complete them this year. Think of how many days you spent your time sharing joy with your family. Make sure you must do more and at the same time say more words of appreciation this year. Make sure you are thankful to everyone.
