What should be done ***

Before we take any action, we should perform a rational analysis to determine what should be done, what should not be done and what needs to be done immediately. Regarding those things that need to be done immediately; we should go ahead and do them now, even though they are difficult tasks. For those that should not be done, we should refuse to do them even though the temptation is high.

Helping others will bring good luck ***

If you cherish what you have and continue to perform good deeds, you will add luck to your fortune. But if you don’t perform any good deeds, it is equivalent to not having deposited any money in your bank account. Your withdrawals will eventually leave you with nothing. Life is the same. We must perform charity with a sincere heart. Such contributions will bring us good luck.

How much more unhappiness can you tolerate? ***

How much more unhappiness can you tolerate? Don’t let your unhappiness last forever as if it were like a river flowing to the East. Don’t get yourself into a habit that you worry everyday that you don’t have enough harvests to cook rice, and you don’t live long enough to enjoy every winter. Such worries will harm your body. Why don’t you be open-minded instead of wearing a sad face?

I can say I am who I am. Everyday, I ask myself two questions. Who really is the best person on earth? I can bravely say that I am that person. Who is the worst person on earth? I can say I can be that person. It is really up to how I behave whether I want to be a good person or a bad one.

Make the wrong move

Daily Advice

www.good-advice-book.blogspot.com

Make the wrong move ***

Once you make a wrong move, every other step you take will be wrong too. Once you compound your error, it will be increasingly difficult to turn back. The best you can do is to admit you are wrong, and face the consequences, even if you have to apologize to everyone. Any such corrective action may leave some room for yourself, and help you get out of this bad situation.

Who has no faults in their lives?

It is unlikely that, in this world, there are people who have no faults. Some people have made inadvertent mistakes; others, because of not being able to refuse temptations, did something wrong, even though they might know that these deeds were wrong. Whether they did something wrong, intentionally or unintentionally, they must be responsible for their mistakes and take corrective actions. Only if they are willing to do that, can they then be forgiven, and be considered as a good person again.

The lie ***

Lying is always wrong. It doesn’t matter whether you do it with a good intention in mind or not. A lie is no good to you and bad to others as well. Once the truth is revealed, it is inevitably embarrassing for everyone. If that is the case, why don’t you tell the truth in the first place? This way, it is good for everybody.

Lying is wrong ***

Lying is wrong even though you may have a good reason for doing it. A lie is never welcome. No one wants to be cheated. Besides, you can never hold the truth back forever.

Natural and man-made disasters ***

When natural disasters occur, they are generally beyond people’s control. Nor can victims easily escape the path of such calamities when they happen. Who will not be sad when they see or hear of such appalling events? Therefore, we all should show our compassion and offer a hand to help the victims and their family members.

Help a little ***

It is horrible to hear of natural and man-made disasters. We should feel fortunate even when we have a dull life. We really should treasure whatever we have. Take advantage of the days that we still have, and offer our services to help people in our community, and elsewhere in the world.
