 不但對健康有助
 心情也會開朗些

Exercises ***

 傾訴當時的煩惱
 一定可以感受到
 煩惱並不太嚴重

It isn’t a big issue. ***


  Find someone you can trust. Share your feelings about the troubles of the event. This way may make you feel that the matter is not too serious to worry about.

 也是減壓的方法

Meditation for five minutes. ***

 Close your eyes and keep repeating the sentence: “I must love myself.” Such a method of meditation for five minutes can be a way to relieve depression.

 深呼吸. ***

 深呼吸也可減壓
 合上眼睛坐到直
 慢慢地做深呼吸
 五分鐘已經有效

 Take a deep breath.    ***


 Deep breathing can also alleviate depression. Close your eyes, sit straight and take a deep breath slowly. Repeating this for five minutes have been proven that it was an effective way to relieve depression.

 逆境中也有機會
 悲觀的人則看到
 好境中也有災難

Positive and pessimistic.   ***

Positive people will see opportunities when faced adversity. Pessimistic people see disasters coming even in good times.

 不滿足和不如意
 會帶來無限苦楚
 如果能減少妄想
 便可以減少苦澀

 Reduce bitterness. ***

 Imperfection and being unsatisfied
 bring infinite pain. If people can reduce delusions, they indirectly reduce bitterness.

 問題就可以解決

 Many problematic matters can be resolved if people understand the source of bitterness. In fact, bitterness is the origin of greed. If people can reduce their greed, they can get rid of their bitterness.
