 Let go of everything and don't think too much.  Focus only on the current environment. For example, walk for five minutes. Enjoy every step of the slow walking journey.

 找位可信任的人
 傾訴當時的煩惱
 一定可以感受到
 煩惱並不太嚴重

It isn’t a big issue. ***


  Find someone you can trust. Share your feelings about the troubles of the event. This way may make you feel that the matter is not too serious to worry about.
