 Listening to soft music can be helpful for decompression. Also, dancing with the rock music can have the same effects.

 運動當然可減壓
 每日最少三十分
 不但對健康有助
 心情也會開朗些

Exercises ***

Exercises can, of course, help to relieve depression. Exercising for about 30 minutes daily is not only good for health, it can make people become more cheerful.
