You are creating your own worries

Does what you have seen cause you any anxiety? Does what you have heard make you angry? The best thing to do is to ignore what you have seen or heard. Let yourself have a peace of mind. After all what you’ve seen or heard may not necessarily be right. Why create worries for yourself?

How to stop worrying

Remember troubles don’t exist; it is you who look for troubles. If you can train yourself to avoid having any positive or negative opinion of the things you saw, or the things you heard, then, you won’t be biased in your thinking, and your mind will be at peace. You will not feel troubled any more.
