激氣生氣 ***

如果你應為是對
錯是在別人身上
為甚麼還要生氣
而弄到寢食不安
用別人犯了的錯
來懲罰自己情緒
激氣到沒法安樂
這樣做法值得嗎

Why be angry? ***

If you think the other person is wrong, why are you still angry even though you have done nothing wrong?  Why let anger destroy your sleeping and eating habits?  Why do you punish yourself because of the mistakes made by others?   Why do you become angry to the degree that you destroy your own happiness?  Is this reaction worth it?


隨遇而安 ***

遇上不如意事時
無須要過分焦慮
無須要忍氣吞聲
無須要壓抑情緒
保持寬容的心態
用幽默方式應付
笑看人生渡日子
心情會隨遇而安

Let it go ***
When you are faced with any unhappy events, you don’t have to be too worried.  There is no need to endure any hardship, and become depressed.  Just maintain a forgiving heart and a good humor to cope with the situation.  If you can laugh at life’s events, you will relax and be happy.
