養生之道  ***

養生之道很簡單
早起早睡身體好
睡眠不在乎長短
重點是能夠熟睡
讓身體好好輕鬆
天天多些做運動
水果蔬菜要多吃
睡好吃好身體好

Maintaining good health ***

Maintaining good health can be very simple.  Simply wake up early in the morning and retire early at night.  Don't pay attention to the length of sleep but focus on soundness of your sleep and let your body have a good rest.  Exercise daily. Change your diet to eat more fruits and vegetables.  If you sleep well, and eat in a healthy manner, you will have a healthy body.

延年益壽 ***

孤獨會影響健康
但有朋友常聚會
大家淡茶話家常
生活可活得愉快
會有一種安全感
應付人事有信心
內心會充滿愛心
延年益壽是當然

Promote longevity ***

Loneliness can affect your health.  Having friends, gathering together and chatting over a cup of tea, can make your life happier.  It can give you a sense of security, build up your confidence level, and bring out your inner compassion.  This helps you to promote your longevity.
