笑看人生  *** 不如意時常八九 遭受到挫折之時 無須要苦口苦臉 何不學笑看人生 常帶著一顆笑容 相貌也和藹可親 與人共處會輕鬆 生活會多姿多彩	Laughter in life *** Eight or nine out of ten life events are disappointments.  When faced with setbacks, there is no need to put on a sad face.  Why don’t you look at life with laughter?  Always wear a smile and you will look amiable and become more approachable.  With such a smile it will be easy to get along with people and life will be relaxing and colorful.
心靈的牢籠 *** 人生的成敗優劣 又或者福禍富貧 都是上天的恩賜 不是人能夠改變 這些心靈的牢籠 順境逆境無相差 應及早放下憂慮 走出困境活自在	Being kept in a cage *** People’s success, failure, wealth or poverty is a gift from God.  No human being can change that.  It is as if you are being kept in a cage.  There is no difference whether you are having a good time or facing adversity.  If this is the case, why don’t you let go off any concerns you may have, jump out of any difficult situation and relax.
