健康最重要 ***

為了生存要健康
一日三餐要準時
天天睡眠要充足
出入平安要小心
能維護身體健康
不但對自己有益
也譲家人可放心
祝大家身體健康


Health is most important  ***

Being healthy is the most important thing in life.  If you want to be healthy, you need to eat three daily meals on time.  You must have enough sleep daily.  Be careful and be safe when you travel.  If you can keep yourself healthy, you not only are doing yourself a favor, your family members don't have to worry about you. May I wish everyone a healthy life.

延年益壽 ***

誰不想身體健康
天天運動身體好
日行萬步更加好
體力運動雖是好
比不上心理運作
能練到淡漠名利
樂觀去看每件事
定可以延年益壽

Longevity ***

Who does not want good health?  If so, you need to exercise.  It is even better if you can walk 10,000 steps daily.  Although exercises are good for your body, your attitude is even more important.  If you can train yourself not to focus too much on wealth and fame, but to look at everything with a positive attitude, you will definitely have good health and you will live longer.
