慈悲幫人 *** 當有人向你求助 如果能力做得到 盡點慈悲去幫人 幫不了就要拒絕 不應該亂起諾言 如不能實踐諾言 不但令別人失望 有可能傷害別人	Offer a hand with compassion *** When people ask you for help and you have the ability to do it, show your compassion and offer a hand.   But if you don’t have the ability to do so, don’t promise to help; otherwise when you cannot deliver your promise, not only will you make people disappointed, you may hurt people, because of your inability to help.
付出不求報 *** 自己給別人甚麼 別人就給你甚麼 其實未必是對的 付出是個人表現 是種良好人情味 不應該期求回報 肯願意幫助別人 人生會顯得光彩	To give but not to expect to receive *** Whatever you give to people, you can’t expect people do the same.  Offering help is a performance of personal preference.  You should not expect anything in return.  Willing to help others makes life more splendid.
