If one wants to eliminate depression, one can participate in some cultural activities.   Such participation can open one’s  mind and can generate good results. 


分散注意力.   ***


在心境低落之時

避免沉浸在负面

試找尋些新興趣

分散個人注意力


Distraction   ***


When faced with a low mood, and avoid being immersed in a negative mood, it is better to develop some new interests. This can distract one’s personal attention from depression.
