忠告 *** 日常聽到的忠告 定要用心去體悟 能明白真實不虛 定可以得益不少	Good advice *** Every now and then, we always hear some good advice.  If we pay attention to the substance, and agree with what it says, surely we can benefit from it.
不欺騙自己 *** 自己不欺騙自己 有錯一定要改過 而且要真誠去改 不是空口講白話	Don't fool yourself *** Be honest and don't fool yourself. If you know you have made a mistake, be sure to correct it.  Don't just say that you will do it, but take it seriously, and make a genuine effort to correct your mistake.
