細心觀察 *** 凡事要細心觀察 不可以只看表面 外面是掛著羊頭 其實只是賣狗肉	Watch every details carefully *** You must watch out for every detail.  Don't just look at appearance, because appearance may be deceiving.  There is a saying that; "a shop may be hanging out the head of a goat but in fact the owner may be selling dog meat."
廣納諫言 *** 人如能廣納諫言 其實是一種福份 因為肯接受諫言 可免不必要災難	Accepting other people's advice *** It is in fact a blessing if you are willing to accept other people's advice.  Once you accept people's advice, will you be able to avoid any unnecessary distasteful events.
