如果肯勤奮好學
打好自己的基礎
修養自己的品德
那愁沒成功機會
但不肯提昇自己
失敗只有怨自己

You only have yourselves to blame ***

People’s personal success or failure depends on how much effort one puts in one's work. If one is willing to learn diligently, build up a wealth of knowledge and develop a good personality, one doesn’t have to worry about one’s opportunities of being a successful person. But, if you are not willing to upgrade your skills and knowledge from time to time, you only have yourselves to blame for your failures.

造就了不同性格
養成了不同風釆
能把自我露出來
會有獨特的魅力
無須要與人看齊

You don’t have to be in line with people ***

You don’t need to be in line with everyone. Everyone has their own strengths. Our family backgrounds and educational backgrounds are different. Such differences create our own unique personality and behavior. As long as you can demonstrate your own potential, you will have your own unique charm. Definitely you don’t need to be in line with others.
