人的愤怒是短暫
短暫間怒火墳燒
甚至乎失去理智
惹來不必要麻煩

Anger.   ***

Human anger is short-lived. A burning anger can come in a short time without notice. Such anger may make people lose their mind and cause unnecessary trouble. 

控制住情绪.   ***

当感觉自己生气
立即控制住情绪
最好转移注意力
或想想高兴的事

Control emotions.    ***

When one feels angry, one must control one’s emotions immediately.  The best method is to divert attention or think about the past happy times.
