一場戰    *** 人活著是一場戰 最大對手是自己 如不能戰勝自己 就戰勝不了惡境	A war    *** To walk on life's road is like fighting a war.   Your biggest enemy is your own self.  If you cannot conquer your own self, you will not be able to deal with adversity.
戰勝自己   *** 勇敢去戰勝自己 打敗自己的怯懦 打敗自己的懶惰 定會有一番作為	Conquer your own self  ***  Be brave and conquer your own self. First get rid of your timidity; then your laziness.  If you can do that, you can achieve your goals.
