成功是人為  *** 每個人的成功史 都是人為的成績 而不定是天𧶽的 是經過一番勞力	Success is not given   *** If you look at any success story, it isn't due to luck.  It isn’t a gift from God.  It is through people's constant hard labor, and putting in effort to overcome all difficulties.
量力而為  *** 凡事都量力而為 做不到無須自責 只要是已盡全力 何必要計較結果	Within your capability   ***  If you work within your capability and try your best, you don't have to blame yourself when you have failed.  The result is not as important as you have done your part with your best effort and full attention.
