觀人能力 *** 觀人能力定要好 因為看錯一個人 可把一生的努力 都可以一朝毀滅	Ability to judge people *** Always judge people correctly otherwise a bad judgment can destroy your career for which you work so hard to build in your lifetime.
從新爬起 *** 看錯人無須自艾 要知看錯的原因 當作是一個教訓 從新爬起向前行	Get up when you fall *** There is no need to blame yourself even though you have made a bad judgment about people.  What you should do is to find out the reason for making such a bad judgment.  Learn something from this incident and move on to do better.
