豐衣足食 *** 世上無不勞而獲 只要肯勤勤力力 保持一顆平常心 定可以豐衣足食	Enough clothes and food *** There is no free lunch in this world.  You need to work hard and maintain a contented attitude.  You will then be able to earn enough to keep you warn and have enough to eat.
靠自己  *** 反省以往的貢獻 怎樣立足於社會 怎樣奮鬥來生存 一切都是靠自己	Depend on your own self  *** Review your past achievements, how you survived in your society and how you struggled through tough times.  You will soon realize every achievement comes from your own efforts.  You can't depend on others to have such achievements.
