Deceiving oneself and others***

Everybody likes to hear flattering words.
This very human reaction is a weakness and makes you vulnerable. Sometimes you know you are wrong, yet you expect others to praise you regardless of that fact. Such expectation is unreal and has no meaning at all. Actually you are deceiving both yourself and others.

Keep body and mind peaceful***

Some people are full of grievances and complaints. They always complain about everything and there is no peace at home. Under this environment, how can anyone be happy? There is no benefit in complaining about life. Try to change your attitude. Be positive and you will have peace at heart and be happy.
