Everyone has a vulnerable moment***

Everyone has a vulnerable moment and can easily be influenced by the wrong thoughts. In this circumstance, one may do stupid things. If you don’t want to succumb to the wrong ideas, what you can do is to repeat a phrase containing a useful idea. Such a phrase can be anything you construct for yourself. e.g. say “protect yourself”. The quicker you say it, the more effective it becomes. You can then overcome the wrong ideas and they won’t encumber you.

Beaming with joy***

Sometimes you may feel confused. Although you may not know what to do, remember there is always a sober moment. All you need to do is to look at a mirror with full attention and tell yourself the following sentence. “I must raise my eyebrows and smile.” Repeat this three times, your smiling face will appear and you will be sober enough to continue your work.
