Develop a good habit to perform a task. With such a habit, you won’t miss doing it. If you don’t do it, you won’t feel comfortable. This way, you can keep things organized and get twice the result with half the effort.

養成每天做運動

就算十分鐘也好

不單只對身體好

對心態也有幫助


Exercise.   *****


Make a habit of doing exercise every day, even 

ten minutes is fine. Exercise is not only good for the body, it also helps mental health.
