抬不起头来.    *****.     

曾做过伤害别人，

那么一辈子就会，

活在黑暗的阴影，

永远抬不起头来。

Embarrassed to raise the head.   *****.    

If people have done harm to others, then they will forever live in the dark shadows for the rest of the life. With such a quilt, they will be embarrassed to raise their heads when faced others.

雙方都痛苦.    *****.   

世上難免有些事，

是会伤害到我们，

如果纠结不原諒，

雙方結果都痛苦。

Painful for both.    *****.     

There are some things in the world that will hurt people.  When enemies insist on their anger and 

 do not forgive each other, both parties will be painful.
