共同風和雨   *** 職場上與人共處 能夠共同風和雨 當然是一件好事 辦事也事半功倍	Go through thick and thin   *** It is a good thing if people can go through thick and thin with their coworkers.  This will enable them to achieve more with less effort.
無謂的應酬   *** 個人精力是有限 做事要量力而為 對於無謂的應酬 最好是可免則免	Unnecessary engagement   *** Personal energy is limited. People should work within their means.   Preferably try to avoid any unnecessary engagement.
