氣質   *** 氣質不是生出來 而是個人的智慧 修養得來的涵養 才可表現得出來	Temperament   *** One is not born with a good temperament.  It is the result of an individual's long term hard working cultivation.  Only then can one display a good cultivated temperament.
害人害己   *** 小人口舌要提防 來説是非不好人 細察是非是上算 可免得害人害己	Harm others and your own self    *** Be aware of the words of a villain.  It is said that a person who spreads rumors is in fact spreading evil.  Always scrutinize any rumor carefully to avoid harming both yourself and others.
