In order to truly be able to enjoy life, one has to have good health.  It is preferable to exercise daily.  With good health, one can find ways to be happy.

寬容帶快樂   ***

忘掉不愉快的事
原諒一切人和事
還用微笑打招呼
寬容㑹帶來快樂


Tolerance can bring happiness   *** 

Forget about all unpleasant events. Forgive all people a little, and tolerate small things.  Always greet people with a smile. Such behavior will bring happiness to everyone.
