發脾氣   *** 發脾氣無補於事 衝動始終是魔鬼 沒法可帶來好運 最好是沉默一時	Temper   ***   Temper cannot help solve issues.  Such impulsive temper is like the devil who will not bring any good luck.  The best one can do is to control one's temper and remain silent.
做大事的人   *** 能夠做大事的人 不可能靠發脾氣 一定要有忍耐力 才可以完成任務	Big achievements   ***   People who can deliver big achievements, do not show their temper.  They have the capacity to endure bad situations and ultimately deliver their achievements.
