用才之道 ***   大家要明白一㸃 合作是要靠誠信 用才一定要敬才 不可作奴才使喚	People management ***  People should understand and realize that cooperation depends on mutual trust.  Leaders should respect their subordinates and should not treat them as if they are merely chattel.
口服心服  *** 想成大事要人才 當人才是自己人 而不是一個外人 才贏得口服心服	Loyalty ***   In order to succeed in a big project, we need people. Make sure that we treat them as team members not as outsiders; otherwise we won't gain their loyally but only get their lip service.
