百利無一害 *** 無人是十項全能 要聽取別人意見 參考別人的建議 會是百利無一害	Nothing but good  ***    It is unlikely that there are people who know everything.  You can only benefit if you are willing to listen to people's advice and make references to their opinions.
比賽  ***   比賽無須定要贏 只要是已盡全力 努力𡚒鬥撐到尾 已經是直得驕傲	Competitions ***    You don't have to win all competitions.  As long as you put in your best efforts and make a diligent effort to the end, you should be proud of yourself.
