Wait a minute ***

“Wait a minute” is a good clause to remember. It helps you to keep you calm. It will dispel your indignant disposition. Why don’t you try to remind yourself with “Wait a minute” when you are about to get angry? Such a reminder may give you an unexpected peaceful feeling.

Politeness ***

Politeness is always welcome. When you are in public area, you must follow the local decorum. When you are waiting for service, don’t push around but line up properly for your turn. Always say “Thank you” when you are being served. When accidentally bumping into people, remember to say “Excuse me.” A simple phrase like “Thank you” or “Excuse me” will make everyone feel comfortable to be around you.
