Being disinterested ***

Being disinterested doesn’t mean you have no principles. Nor does it mean you don’t have a brain. It means that you are taking a fair approach to deal with the situation. You don’t take sides and you don’t take advantages of others. Needless to say, you will never use your authority to force people to do something for your own benefits. Instead, you are willing to offer people a hand when needed.

A competent gentleman ***

A competent gentleman is always well prepared for the rainy days. He always does well; whether it is a job of delivering charcoal to help people keep warm, or providing assistance to help people get out of a dangerous situation, or encouraging other people to do better. No matter what he does, he always has a detailed strategy. No wonder, everything goes smoothly.
