作為一個好領袖
如要有管治威信
首先要建立誠信
不可以謊言亂語
言行舉止要一致
否則所行的政策
定會令人有質疑
結果會一事無成

Prestige ***

As a good leader, if you want to maintain prestige, you must, at the minimum, be an honest person. You should not lie and use nonsensical excuses. What you say must match what reality is; otherwise people will doubt your strategy. You will end up achieving nothing.

合作愉快 ***

作為一個領導者
一定要用人所長
還須要提拔人才
更重要留住人才
要做到人人開心
一定不要有私心
關鍵是堅持標準
才可以合作愉快

Happy cooperation ***

As a good leader, one must know how to use people’s talent, help people’s career development, and most importantly find ways to keep good talent. If a leader wants to make everyone happy, he/she should not have a selfish motive, but should maintain high moral standards. Only if he/she does that, will people cooperate with him/her happily.
