做甚麼最好 ***

遠離過份的勞力,
迴避煩惱的小事,
不參加是非之事,
最好能懂得糊塗,
不怕說一個不字,
盡量去運用腦筋,
不防多閱讀書本,
增長自己的知識.

What to do and what not to do ***

Don’t over work and needlessly squander excessive energy. Don’t get yourself into trouble. Don’t involve yourself in rumor mongering. It is better to be uncertain at times and be brave enough to say “No.” Use your brain as much as possible. Do more reading to improve your personal knowledge.

運動最好 ***

人一定要做運動,
樣樣運動都有益,
動肢舒筋可活血,
每日散步身體好,
清早打太極是好,
游泳運動更加好,
跳舞也可作運動,
唱歌舒情都是好.

Exercise is the best ***

Everyone needs exercise. All kinds of exercise are good for you. It helps to improve blood circulation. It is good for your body if you exercise by walking every day. Practicing Tai Chi in the morning is a good exercise. Swimming is another good exercise. Dancing can be treated as exercise. Singing is just as good.
