醉生夢死  *** 沈迷在醉生夢死 糊裡糊塗過日子 這樣生活沒意義 的確是虛渡一生	Live a frivolous life  ***  Some people are addicted to a frivolous life.    Such behavior is not meaningful.  As a matter of fact, they are wasting their valuable life time.
慾念  *** 如內心充滿貪慾 貪慾未滿足之前 怎可能會有快樂 及早去除慾念吧	Frivolous desire   *** If people who are full of frivolous desire, they will not be happy most of the time.  The reason for this  is simple:  How can they be happy before they satisfy such frivolous desires？ The sooner they get rid of their frivolous desires, the better off they will be.

Daily Advice November 1, 2016 只說好話 Only say good words

只說好話  *** 最好天天說好話 多些去讚美他人 多些去鼓勵他人 心情自然會開朗	Only say good words ***  The best anyone can do is to say only good words.  If appropriate, praise others with honesty and encourage others to do better.  By doing so, they themselves will feel good too.
說話要小心   *** 說話一定要小心 千期不要講大話 花言巧語會害人 講錯說話會後悔	Be careful with your speech *** Everyone must be careful about what they want to say.  Don't ever lie to others, nor mislead them.  One will definitely regret it, if one doesn't use the right words but says something to hurt people.

得與失    *** 無須為得失煩惱 人生該來的就來 不該來的再緊張 始終空歡喜一場	Winning and losing ***   Don't let winning or losing bother you to the degree of making you unhappy.  Things happen for a reason.  When something is meant to be yours, it will come to you.  When it is not meant to be yours, there is no point in getting upset.   In the end, you are making yourself anxiou四s for nothing.
值得嗎  *** 太過重視得與失 弄到消瘦和憔悴 成個憂鬱的樣子 這様是否值得嗎	Is it worth it?  ***  Don't put too much emphasis on winning or losing.  It may make you thin and haggard, and turn you into a melancholy wretch. Is it worth it to go through such suffering?

不作虧心事   *** 從來不作虧心事 甚至身處於黑夜 不會有恐懼擔憂 反而覺光明燦爛	Never perform bad deeds   ***   If people never do anything injurious to others, they will have no fears.  Even when they are faced with a quiet dark night, they will have no worries but feel safe.

討好一個人   ***   如要討好一個人 其實是一件難事 只要是問心無愧 算是對得起自己	To please someone  *** It isn't an easy task to please someone.  In fact, it is a very difficult task.   As long as you do everything with a clear conscience, you are doing justice to others and yourself.
