睡眠不足會令人,

容易憤怒和沮喪,

這樣負面的狀態,

會降低抗壓能力。

Lack of sleep can make people frustrated and get angry easily. Such a negative state will reduce the ability to withstand stress.

充足的睡眠.     *****


有了充足的睡眠,

心情也跟著變好,

對人對事會樂觀,

辦事能力也增強。

Enough sleep.       *****


When one gets enough sleep, one’s mood is better, resulting in being optimistic about people and things. Such an attitude also enhances the ability to work.
