Do more with less efforts ***

Good emotions can motivate people to have energy to learn more.  It also helps people maintain good physical and mental health.  As such, people can do more with less efforts. 

一事無成.   ***

不良消极的情绪
會傷害身心健康
會令到思慧退步
會弄到一事無成

Nothing gets done   ***

Negative emotions can hurt people’s physical and mental health.  It can slow down people’s thinking power resulting in getting nothing done.
