Calm down.   ***

If they find life like being anxious, panic or overwhelmed, it is time they should  calm down and control their emotions.  

全身放鬆.   ***

如果想控制情緒
強迫自己去放鬆
最好把全身放鬆
會対思維有幫助

Full body relaxation.   ***

If you want to control your emotions, force yourself to relax.  It's better to relax your whole body. This will help keep sound thinking.
