凡事看好的一面
自然㑹減少憂慮
從悲傷的圈子裏
跳出生猛的一面

Look at the bright side.  ***

Looking at the bright side will naturally reduce anxiety.  It helps people leave 
the circle of sadness and jump to the bright side of everything
