連自己也有可能
會失去個人自信
If people fall down but don’t climb up automatically. Others may look down on them. It may even make them feel losing one’s confidence.
自得其樂. ***
能做到助人為樂
始終會自得其樂
能做到胸懷寬廣
煩惱自然會減少
Self-satisfaction. ***
Helping others will make people feel joyful. Such behavior will bring happiness. Also if people can forgive a little, their troubles will be less.
