People only perform good deeds are considered to be good persons. Also people who never do anything to hurt or harm people can be considered as good persons too.

There is no fixed rule how to judge a person whether he or she is good or bad. A simple way is to judge by his or her doings. As long as they have not done anything bad, they may be good people
