Politeness is a traditional virtue. There is a saying which states that being polite can warm other people’s heart. No one likes people who are rude. Being polite will bring in good rewards.

對人對事有禮貌
大家都感到溫暖
否則可能成敵人
大家會討厭对方
How to deal with people. ***
Being polite makes it easier to approach people. It makes people feel warm, comfortable and able to get along; otherwise it may create hostile atmosphere ending up as enemies or dislike each other.
