為何心情㑹低落
一定是有事煩惱
最好煩事不要想
愈想愈覺得更煩


Do not worry   ***

When people are in a bad mood, there must be something troubling them.  If so, don't think about them.  The more people think about them, the more irritated they become. 

喜歡的事情   ***

當心情低落之時
把煩惱之事暫忘
轉移個人注意力
做些喜歡的事情


The things you like   ***

When the mood is bad, temporarily let go of the things that trouble you.  Divert your attention to do the things you like.
