逃避現實   *** 為個人興趣辭職 好可能自己不知 其實是逃避現實 不接受壓力挑戰	Avoid reality   *** When people resign thinking that they leave the present job to pursue their own interest, they do not realize that they are in fact avoiding the fact that they cannot handle the existing work challenge.
嘗試興趣   *** 辭職去嘗試興趣 起初似乎很有趣 如果沒有新發展 遲早變成不有趣	Trying to pursue personal interest   *** When people left their job to work on their personal interest, in the beginning they may find it interesting. But after the job becomes routine, they may not find it interesting any more.
