What can be done to reduce stress?    The best way is to laugh at all times.  If people cannot laugh out loud, a silent smile is another way to calm down which helps to relieve stress.

或閱讀喜愛書本
不但可增強知識
對滅壓也有幫助

Help relieve stress   ***

Listening to soft music, or reading a book which you like, may, in addition to enhancing personal knowledge, help relieve stress.
