Troublesome events can make people feel down.  Instead of talking to someone, write down your thoughts and feelings. By doing so, your temporary depression may be relieved.

謹言慎行    ***

天天要謹言慎行
不應該放蕩不羈
做一位正人君子
家人會為你驕傲

Be Cautious about speech and action   ***

Every day be cautious about our speech and action and not let them get out of control.   By engaging in such a gentlemanly behavior, your family members will be proud of you.
