藉口   *** 失敗了還找藉口 是永遠沒有進步 應該要吸取教訓 從失敗中站起來	Excuses  ***  Some people always find excuses as reasons for why they fail.  Such an attitude leads no progress in life.  They should learn from their failure, and apply what they have learned and move ahead by striving to be better.
痛苦   ***   如想痛苦離開你 首先要修好品徳 能夠看開和看淡 生活就沒有痛楚	Adversity in life  *** When people are faced with adversity, first they must look at things with an open mind.   Look at the bright side of every event.  Then they will feel less pained.
