真才實料   *** 真金不怕紅爐火 如想超越過別人 定要有真才實料 不是靠貶低別人	Capability   ***  Real gold can withstand fierce fire.  If people want to perform in a manner superior to others, they should possess both ability and capability to do a good job.  They should not speak badly about other people's capability.
